Festival Vendor Info:

  1. Art Market: 10x10 booth - $350 / 10x20 - $600 * Concessions: $500

  2. Criteria: GCMF will choose vendors based on quality of offerings, experience in festival type settings, overall presentation, ability to add something unique to the Grind City vibe.

  3. GCMF, to the best of its ability, will choose vendors unique of each other and with very little crossover in offerings. This is an effort to provide each vendor the best opportunity to generate a nice profit while adding a wide variety of cool offerings for the patrons of Grind City Music Festival.

  4. All vendors are required to be staffed and operational from festival open to close, rain or shine

  5. Only fully completed applications can be considered. The application period will remain open until 3pm Friday, March 1. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance the week of March 4. Upon acceptance, Vendors will have three (3) business days to submit a $100 nonrefundable deposit to secure their spot.

  6. Insurance: All vendors are required to show a certificate of insurance listing Grind City Music Festival as additionally insured prior to being allowed on the festival site.
